Always attentive, listens and thoroughly responds to questions, whereas you feel confident in the care received.
I have seen Dr Nyantika a couple of times for physicals. Him and the NP are great! My only complaint is the front desk staff, specifically the guy who answeres the phones. He is not a people person and has an attitude when you ask questions. All I wanted was my records faxed, and he said he can not do that since I have not been seen in over a year. Either way my records should be sent over for my heart specialist to see me.
My visit was indeed a pleasure from being greeted by the staff as well as Dr Nyantika being attentive to my needs and offering methods of care for my well-being.
Such a caring doctor who tells it like it is, which is what everyone needs to hear. You can feel he genuinely cares about your health and well being.
