Brady was phenomenal to deal with. Any company can sell a truck but how problems are dealt with are what matters most. Had a small problem with the truck after the sale and they really stepped up and took care of things. Communication was always top notch even late at night or early in the morning. They were all accommodating in every step of the purchase. We will be purchasing all our service trucks through Lewis Trucks! Buy with confidence
Such a Great Group to deal with! I live over nine hours away and was very skeptical about driving that far just to look at a truck. With the 142 pictures , 9 minute video and a very long description, I felt like they weren’t trying to hide or cover anything up. Brady was awesome to deal with , he always answered my phone calls or called me back within a timely manner. He answered every question and didn’t beat around the bush. We would definitely purchase a vehicle from Lewis Motors again. We drove 3 hours to their location, not sure what we would find. That day we purchased a bucket truck van. Brady was very helpful and gave us all the time we needed to check it it out and go on road test. We are very happy. With our vehicle.
We recently purchased a used F750 service truck and I can't rave enough about how wonderful Brady was to work with. The truck was exactly as described on his website. He was knowledgeable and answered the few questions we had. It was cleaned and ready to go when we arrived and it made the trip home without a hiccup. We will definitely use him again as we upgrade in the future.
We recently bought a used Ram 5500 service truck and couldn't be happier with the transaction they did what they said they would do and got me home safe and sound over 1000 miles away we will be using them again
