I have to disagree. I used Apryl Hand for two closings when buying and selling an apartment. One of the transactions was particularly harrowing because the condo building I was selling in had allowed its C of O to expire. Apryl returned every single one of my calls, always the same day and usually within an hour or two. She kept pressure on the developer to get the C of O renewed and fought to keep a closing date so we did not have to reschedule everything for both closings which would have been a nightmare.
She was my closing attorney and she would "forget to call", wouldn't answer questions and was actually helping seller and working against me. Wouldn't recommend to use her
