After paying $690 for an initial consultation and waiting for an hour to see him past my appointment time he was rushed and impatient. He pulled up the wrong MRI from many years ago and started explaining the imaging study for the right shoulder While I was there to see him for left shoulder pain. I first met Dr. Shi in 2014 after an old shoulder injury started acting up. I started taking cortisone injections for the pain that helped a lot.

Dr. Shi is an amazing Surgeon. I had a full tear in my rotator cuff that left me without any range of motion. Previous consult from a Surgeon in Buffalo Grove gave me no hope of recovery in repairing my shoulder. I thank God every day that I found Dr. Shi who not only gave me hope but gave me back my ability to use my arm again by almost 100%.
