Very Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I visited Lewis Family Clinic in Dripping Springs expecting professional and compassionate care but was extremely disappointed. The front desk staff was disorganized and unhelpful, and the wait times were far beyond reasonable despite having an appointment. I found the provider dismissive and rushed; they seemed more interested in wrapping up the visit than listening to my concerns. Had a major accident with multiple injuries and surgeries this June. After my hospital stay, I called to get a post op evaluation and referral (insurance required) to the orthopedic surgeon who did my surgery. Sorry, can’t see you until September. No exceptions. Great people. Avoid this uncaring and indifferent practice.
I’ve been to Lewis Family Medicine for both primary care and urgent care, and every visit has been exceptional. Their team is refreshingly direct and up-front—they don’t gloss over anything, and they always take a truly holistic approach to my health. They connected the dots in ways my previous doctor never did and gave me far more context and clarity about my treatment plan. From check-in to check-out, everyone was professional, caring, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing. 10/10—highly recommend!
