I recently went into Urgent Care for what we thought was a spider bite - the first visit went as well as expected but when I returned 4 days later, my experience was different. The nurse (with long gray hair) questioned why I was returning when I hadn't even finished my antibiotics provided on the first visit (even though my "bite" mark had changed drastically and my symptoms weren't improving) - I almost felt like she was shaming me. Excruciatingly difficult to get ahold of. Was working for several weeks, months actually to try to get coverage from my insurance and could not get my calls or emails returned. The insurance did not get the info they needed, therefore I did not get the medication I needed. Saw another doctor on a Tuesday, had the medication covered and filled less than a week later. Really disappointed and will not be back to this practice in the future.
I love the kindness and care that Amelie and Casandra provide. They make me feel comfortable and answer any questions I have.
