Dr. Lewis takes the time to listen to you, your feelings, and your theories. I have never left his urgent care office, or his primary care office without feeling understood, cared for, and with a full understanding of his diagnosis! Great Doc to have on your side!
Went in for a doctors exam was sent to do a CT exam did the CT exam called for the results. The doctors office did not give me the results. They put me on hold never got back to me no longer answer their phone and when I try, they send it to a recording that says their office is now closed. It’s 2:45 in the afternoon on a Friday.
We used to love this place. Had great experiences with our entire family on the family side and Emergency side. Something has changed here. I recently had a horrible experience. No one here seems to care about giving actual treatment. It's seems to be all about what they can bill you for and getting you out the door without actually helping you. From the front desk staff to Dr Lewis it is always quality care.
Dr Lewis and Kerry are always fantastic. They take time with me each visit. They don't just know my chart, they know me and care about me personally and I appreciate that. The office has grown considerably over the years, but they still care. Sometimes I hear or see negative comments, but it seems they stem from incidents where people are not being fair. When they run late it's because people didn't show up on time, andcthey still took them back. When a bunch of people run late they can get over an hour behind. So if you hav... read more
