I have been going to Lewis Family Medicine for several and have had nothing but great experiences. Amalie Garza has always been professional, courteous, and personable, as have all other staff, especially Fatima. I have no plans to ever switch Doctors or primary care.

Horrible experience here! I needed to have my annual physical and my insurance changed in January so I went on the insurance website to search for providers and found this place. I knew to select them as my PCP, which I did. But inexplicably, because the insurance cards I had already received in the mail didn't specify them, they turned me away when I showed up for my appointment. DO NOT GO THERE! Absolutely horrendous office staff! It shouldn't take a 5 unanswered voicemails, 2 in person visits over a week just to request my prescription sent to my pharmacy. AND I STILL DON"T HAVE MY SCRIPT. It's a simple script refill!!! Pharmacy says the doctors office fax number doesn't work. The staff doesn't belong in healthcare! At this point, I'm requesting my all medical records and going someplace else.
Was seeking primary care services for me and my family. They are shown as accepting patients and my insurance. Was told they don't take my insurance, their patients are primarily geriatric w/ Medicare/Medicaid, and that we were not eligible as new patients seeking family care.
