This was the worst medical experience of my life. I will not only never return, but I will also make sure none of my friends or family come to this place. Very professional and efficient, provided great service to help me solve a prescription issue over text. They were so helpful and put the patient first which is unfortunately rare. Thank you for making my day better.

A year ago I went here for a worker's comp claim injury on the job and even though I have provided all the information they've asked for many times, they still call, email, harass me trying to get me to pay for the bill even though they are contacting the wrong party.

My experience with Lewis Family Medicine was extremely frustrating from both a customer service and billing standpoint. I uploaded my insurance weeks before the appointment and presented it again at the front desk on the day of the visit. While I was in the office, I was told that everything had been billed through insurance. Later, I found out that it actually had not been billed at all and that I was charged as “self pay” because they claimed insurance usually doesn’t cover this type of service.
