The staff is absolutely terrible. I am not sure if they had a massive budget cut and had to hire new staff from craigslist but my lord they are so unwelcoming and flat out rude. I had called the other day because I had issue with insurance and not having it applied to my visit. Although the front desk lady said my insurance is accepted and that I have nothing to worry about regarding payment for this appointment as it is a free yearly check up. Being a patient at Lewis Family Medicine Was the best decision I ever made. All of the doctors and nurses are incredible. I have never felt so heard when it comes to anything associated with being sick. Dr Lewis and Dr. Masden have made my health a priority and they have done everything they can do to find out what’s going, no matter if it’s an illness or an injury. They truly look out your whole health.. It makes me feel like I’m the only patient. It feels good to be fought for by your doctors. I highly recommend them.
I cannot express enough how much we love Lewis Family Medicine!! From Jovawna, who we see, to the office manager Candie, to the front desk receptionist Amanda - all are knowledgeable and caring. Can’t recommend enough!
This was the worst medical experience of my life. I will not only never return, but I will also make sure none of my friends or family come to this place. I was seen on 6/11 by a presumptuous, entitled young man instead of a proper doctor.
