I’ve been taking my elderly neighbor here for a few years. Dr Lewis is great. We have had some difficulties with the office staff which may be par for the course these days. I’ve been a patient here for years and have had mixed experiences, but this was the final straw. I’ve been trying for weeks to get a very simple task done: having a physician sign off on immunization records for a medical program application. I became a patient with Lewis Family Medicine in January 2026... it is still January 2026 and I am already seeking a new (competent) PCP to help manage my health. I came to this facility seeking a standard health screening and a referral for a psychiatrist, stressing the urgency of the latter need.
