Great care and always get in quickly!
Recently being constantly incorrectly billed by a Company called Privia. Not sure what they have to do with Dr Lewis or his Practice. After talking to them they sound like a call center based in India or some similar foreign country. Aggressive tactics to collect compounding their error. Very off putting. They can correct the billing code errors and get back with the insurance company about that.
I had the opportunity to visit the Lewis Urgent Care facility twice in the last two weeks. I was quite impressed with the short wait to get in, the care from Leanne who checked me in and did vitals, and the short wait for everything else. So much better than going to an ER!
Fast and friendly. LeAnne was kind, quick, and ready with a good joke.
I love how nice and personable the staff is! LeAnne and Brenden were both wonderful. Merry Christmas!
