My mother who is in her eighties has been going here for years. In those several years, she had to miss two appointments. Recently when she had to reschedule that second appointment for health reasons. She offered to pay the $50 for changing an appointment within 48 hours and they said nope, you’ve rescheduled two appointments we are dropping you as a patient. I’ve never heard of this.
