Very friendly, and efficient. I was impressed. We're changing our primaries since moving to Hohenwald.
Had an outside doctor (telemedicine) call in labs here. Took 10 days to get the results sent back to my doctor. I had to call 3 times, each time I was promised they would be faxed. 3rd time was the charm!! They also missed one of the tests on the blood work, 5 panels were called in and one was ignored with no explanation. I now have to go to another place to do another blood draw due to their incompetence.
Never had any concerns with the medical staff at this facility; however, the appointment scheduling staff could be more helpful in getting you in as soon as possible. I’ve been told several times that walk-ins aren’t being accepted and an appt will take over 24 hrs. When you fall off your porch and believe you have a broken wrist, you don’t want to wait any longer than necessary! All I need is an X-ray! We all know that if it is broken, I’ll just be referred to the Bone & Joint clinic.
Louis healthy life English muffins are terrible. Wasted my money. Yuck.
We have just recently moved back to the area and everyone at the health center has been amazing. They listened and understood all our concerns with our boys. They got us referrals to all the specialists we need within a week. I love this health center and the staff is really friendly
