Hired an attorney and they composed a letter and sent it but they don’t have any jurisdiction in Nevada so it was useless. Running out of time and now no useable letter and no money. I have been dealing with the same attorney 3 years and it’s been hell.
Chase was highly professional and efficient throughout the process. He was consistently accessible, provided clear guidance, and ensured that everything was handled in a timely manner. I was very impressed with his responsiveness and ability to move matters forward quickly.
I recently had to involve an attorney to get my divorce finalized and although I wasn’t necessarily happy with Utah law with back child support Chase Kimball was great with giving me the information and helping me through the process and getting things done to best that can happen in my situation. I am extremely grateful for the help and definitely recommend him to anyone needing an attorney!
I worked with Chase regarding some family law questions and unfortunately found the experience to be unhelpful and frustrating. He requested documents but ultimately provided feedback that offered no real insight—information that could have easily been found through a quick online search. I cannot recommend Chase Kimball enough! He was an incredible attorney—friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator.
