Evergreen Apartments - south Sacramento - Had ONE excellent property manager out of the last three over four years and they moved that one to another property after only one year. It is infuriating that they removed the ONLY person there who has ever been highly capable, consistent, professional, and extremely pleasant to deal with. Planning to go through the entire hassle of moving to get away from this property.
I have to say this company is exceptional on their service and customer service!!!! I’m currently renting a duplex in woodland and they are just beautiful, spacious,clean and very well kept! I have to give a special thanks to Bernita Washington she was so helpful in everything helping me with filling out my application. In the entire process she made it so easy! My dentist is there and I really like him very nice. The office staff members are very nice and helpful too.
