Lovely staff & certainly get the job done ✔️
Why is our property manager so rude and argumentative? We pay for her to do her job. If she were correct that their new system works fine, then why did I have to wait 5-10 minutes for someone with a big truck who still could not figure out how to get buzzed into our community. The new system is needlessly complicated. Our property manager is horrible. Do not use Desert Management. Very rude, unprofessional manager.
UPDATE: Here's my so-called "unkind" email that this manager was incapable of answering: "I understand that Sungate is on a land lease of approx $97/mo. I'm interested in relocating to the area. Can you tell me when the land lease is due for renewal and if there's any cap on any potential increase? THX" THAT was the entire initial inquiry.
