The doctor I visit is awesome.
I waited 3 months for an appointment with Dr. Tackey. My appointment was at opening time on a Monday morning. I woke up very sick on that Sunday. Was up all night Sunday night sick. I called and left a message with the new patient message system (because the main line didn't have an option to leave a message.) I called the same day after I was able to get a few hours sleep to explain why I didn't show up for my appointment and to reschedule.
