I had an appointment on a Monday morning, woke up sick on that Sunday and was unable to make my appointment, which was at opening. I had no way to call and let them know before my appointment because it was the weekend. When I did finally speak to someone the same day as my appointment I was told the doctor won't reschedule because I cancelled the same day as my appoinment.
