Allyson is very responsive and helpful even though the service department was unable to fix the problem. They could not replicate the problem.
Went in to get some minor work done to my truck. I was given a customer service technician by the name of Jimmy. While Jimmy was proficient at his job his customer service skills were terrible. Jimmy was very unfriendly from the get go. I was having communication issues between my warranty company and the finance manager named Chris.
