Brought my F150 in for a routine oil change and check-up
Lewis Ford Service goes above and beyond. I take my Explorer here for everything. I am so thankful to be close enough to take advantage of their Pick Up/ Drop Off services, its so convenient. Jose and Jeff in the service department were both very kind and helpful. They communicated every step of the process and make sure you are well taken care of.
Scotty was really friendly and professional! I will definitely come back any time my vehicle needs to be serviced.
I was very pleased with my recent visit to Lewis Ford Service Center. It’s a well oiled machine! I scheduled my appointment on my Ford app and did my 30k mile service. My Service Advisor was Jose Aguilar and he was great. Very communicative with both txts and calls. Nice guy and very personable. Hope I get to work with Jose on my next visit!
