Called because our truck was missing. We were told they would try to fit us in. They didn’t call back when they promised. Service adviser stated he was working on it and if we couldn’t get in today it would be tomorrow. We are pulling a travel trailer and we’re stuck. Latter he called and said it would be 2 week wait. Found a dealer 60 miles away to fix our truck. Needed a rental car Called chamber of commerce to find a rental agency. We’re referred back to Lewis Ford. They DON’T rent cars either.
