Dr Lewis diagnosed me with bipolar after seeing me one time and prescribed me meds. Not only was I misdiagnosed, I was also over prescribed… went from 25mg to 100mg in a day just like the prescription said to do. Her staff confirmed what the prescription said to take, so I did. I have been going to Dr. Lewis for approximately a year. I wish I didn't have to call for my results. I always have trouble but she keeps saying I promise someone will call you. THEY NEVER DO!
I am a combat veteran who recently moved to the Dallas area. I needed a physician right away so that I could start receiving my medication. I am VA 100% disabled and never had an issue applying for a handicap placard (MS/TN). I submitted my paperwork for my handicap placard 2 weeks ago, but, I still haven't received the form back.
