update one year later… two years ago three years ago I gave this place a five star review and it was amazing one year later with changes of staff. I can’t even give it one star they don’t call you back with your results. I had a very poor experience at this practice. Nothing was noted on my record that I requested, the front desk staff was extremely rude, I had to call multiple times for my test results often leaving a voicemail with no response, no answers to my illness, poor communication between front desk, labs & doctors. I would never recommend this practice to anyone, it was a total waste of time and resources and I wish I had gone to a provider that listened to their patients, wasn't rude to their patients and noted things properly on... read more

I came in for an extremely sore throat. They tested me for strep and flu, at my request. Those were negative, however considering how painful this had been, I asked if there was anything to mitigate the pain. The answer was Tylenol or Ibuprofen, which I knew. I was meaning a gargle. Turns out there are two, OTC Chloraseptic, or a script for 2% Lidocaine gargle. I’m hoping this will help other people and expand the knowledge of the clinic.
