Lewis Family Drug advertises passport photos, so I stopped by today, thinking, “Hey, small-town convenience!” Turns out, in this thriving metropolis of Luverne, only managers can handle the high-tech wizardry of taking a passport photo. And managers? They only work Monday through Friday. Because obviously, anyone needing a passport photo on a weekend is just plain unreasonable. The staff at the Luverne location are so disrespectful. No customer service smile just plan outright nasty. Never has any of the medication right and has caused me to get sick because they refuse to give me one of the most important things I need. I did file a complaint and will never allow a place to treat anyone with such disrespect.
