My visit with Dr. Russell was great. I have been a patient of his for a few years and he is always the same. Very caring and concerned about the well-being of his patients.
Dr. Russell is fine. Getting ahold of the doctor is horrible. Rarely can I call and get a person on the phone within 15 minutes. This morning I was on hold for 30+minutes. Unacceptable business practice. Billing will somehow answer in 5 seconds though. Priorities I guess.
