First time used & last time used. Originally told 3 weeks before they can look at it. Alright cool call the day my time frame was up told 2mths. Okay 🤦🏾♀️next time I call I got the lady. Was told we will call you when we start on it. If I hadn’t call you there’s really no reason for you to call me and hung up in my face. My husband ask her was she rude she responded yes because she costing me money. 🫤 She doesn’t know me. My experience good luck
Never got the bike fixed nor attempted to look at it. When my wife called to check the status she was told they haven't called her so there was no reason for her to call them after they have had it almost two months. Very poor customer service when we are patient with them and they was rude to us.
They are some of the sweetest and nicest people you will ever meet. They fixed our side by side and are very professional and did a great job. Very affordable also. I would reccomend them over anyone else.
It is a great place to do business.
