Oh my gosh! I can't believe anyone could give Lewis county pud a bad review. Those guys are out immediately in some real crappy weather fixing the lines when the power goes out.Customer service is great as well. I feel these people work hard for there customers and care.Thank you for all you do for us people who live in rural areas!
I recently spent a very stressful period of 7-8 weeks working diligently to get power service onto a property I was already living remotely on prior, which required nearly 450 ft of underground trenching to accomplish. When the wind blows- the power goes out . Every. Single. Time. Truly as unreliable as they come.
A crew of Lewis co PUD of trucks and rigs blocked my road yesterday and then showed up today and knocked on my door to inform me they were turning off my power. Why were we not told about about this planned outage? They sat out there all day yesterday and didn’t do anything or communicate to us of a power outage. I need gas for my generator but the crews are blocking the road. We are completely out of propane and today is our scheduled delivery to fill our propane tank so we can have heat but the truck can’t get through. My ... read more
