Randy is a superstar I had to extend a payment arrangement to extra days and he had it taken care of in literally 1 minute. By far the best interaction I have ever had with a power company in my life.
Oh my gosh! I can't believe anyone could give Lewis county pud a bad review. Those guys are out immediately in some real crappy weather fixing the lines when the power goes out.Customer service is great as well. I feel these people work hard for there customers and care.Thank you for all you do for us people who live in rural areas!
I recently spent a very stressful period of 7-8 weeks working diligently to get power service onto a property I was already living remotely on prior, which required nearly 450 ft of underground trenching to accomplish.
