These people suck. -They will send you delinquent notices over $2.07 and threaten to shut of your power instead of just sending a courtesy email. -They are extremely expensive during especially during the winter, last winter we were gone for November and had no heaters on, water heater off and only thing on was porch lights and security cameras and it was over $435 for the month which is ridiculous. -Customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the women there seem like anything they do for you is inconvenient for them. -... read more
