This place was great! Gave us a quote within 15 minutes without knowing anything about insurance. They were professional and was able to get my car repaired the same day we dropped it off. This was excellent, Way better than the shop down the road telling us we would most likely need a rental car for 1 to 2 days
Deer hit our car with front end and door damage. This was our insurance companies preferred body shop. They live up to their name, they made the process easy. They did find more damage that would have compromised the car’s safety integrity, dealt with the insurance and took care of the problem. Car looks like new again. Would gladly use their services again!
5 Star Auto Body in Chehalis, WA lives up to their name! The technician who did the body repair on my 2017 KIA Sorento made it look beter than new-- a seamless repair on a rear-end collision. Manager Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and kept me updated on progress with the insurance claim on the other driver's insurance. 5 Star was expedient in getting my car repaired-- two weeks from drop off to pick up! Would recommend. :)
