Very bad customer service. Took over 2 mos. to complete water damage, caused by another company (Plumber). Plumbing Company Insurance Carrier, reached out to me and began process to remedy situation of water damage. I would like to address the inconsiderate customer service of Mr. Corey Lewis. He would schedule the work. Workmen, he sent out to repair damages were very polite and were deligent in their work. A driver literally almost crashed into me today.. seeeved into oncoming traffic just to try to get around me in a turning lane.. the car was L61 but if they allow their drivers to drive like that, then how good is the work
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Lewis Contracting Services. I encountered practices that appeared discriminatory and unprofessional. My concerns were dismissed, and it felt as though equal treatment and fairness were not priorities for this company. Businesses must foster inclusivity and respect for all individuals, and sadly, that was not my experience here. I hope they take steps to address these issues for future clients.
