I have trust issues with contractors but Rusty is an exception! Please, don’t waste your money hiring the giant foundation repair guys you see on tv! I got 2 quotes the first one was sky high, the second one was lower but still unreasonable. Rusty came to assess the basement problems and I was surprised he praised our almost century old house as in good shape. In short, I spent only a portion of the other guys quoted. Having a brick home, I noticed that some of my bricks were cracking caused by my foundation sinking. Lewis construction, stabilized the foundation, and also put a vapor barrier under my house with a sump pump and a French drain. I was impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left for the day.

Rusty's company performed some warranty work for us on a job his company did several years ago for the previous home owner. He came out quickly and gave us nothing but encouragement and the commitment to correct the issue. We’re very pleased with work that his company did and thankful that he stood by their work and the reputation of his company. I’d highly recommend Rusty and his company.

Rusty Lewis came highly recommended for our foundation water issues. He diagnosed accurately and explained clearly what the issues were, where the problems originated from, why it was happening and how it could be remedied. He also took the time to reassure us about a few minor things educating us about what was and was not serious. Rusty and team help us fix drainage and water proofing issues around our basement. His team did very high quality work and paid great attention to detail. The problems of water entry and hydro static pressure are completely resolved and I feel confident the issues are fixed for good. Would highly recommend working with Lewis construction!
