We have our family reunion here annually for the last 5 years, and it is always a great time. The lodge is great, but the cabins need some work. Cabin 25 had some screen door issues. The have great beach areas, though I would suggest water shoes due to the zebra mussels being sharp on the feet.
Our family just got home after spending 5 nights at the L&C Resort. We chose the resort based on the location, pricing and the fact the had a heated pool. We figured the lake would still be pretty cold (which it was) and having a heated pool would be the perfect compromise. The location is awesome. The rooms are dated 1970s and spartan and crowded at best. The beautiful pool in the picture was a giant hole in the ground directly in front of our room. The people were amazing!
