When I got ready to buy a new hybrid road bike, I test rode 5 brands from 5 stores. Ultimately it was the staff at the Rogers store that won me over and I bought 2! My wife and I love our 2014 Giant Escapes 1's. I'm 6'6 and the store has done several modifications for me to comfortably ride my bike for longer periods of time.. I have become a regular now! :) best customer service by far!
