Went to pick up a friend that lives there the apartments are nice
This apartment complex is a joke. The management sucks. No one gets back with you. They do not keep their word. I do not recommend this company Edit: I was supposed to get my security deposit back and not only did I NOT RECEIVE IT.. but they have played around with my time and intelligence. The whole management is a JOKE. And not a GOOD ONE let alone corny one. Nothing professional or productive. I should have left the apt TRASHED.. but that’s not me. It’s a scam I filled application made deposit now it’s a new person working can’t tell me anything!!! SMH very unprofessional
From what I am hearing from a friend. This place is horrible and the new property manager does not seem to care about the tenants and makes up rules as she go. The tenants is what keeps the bills , and salaries paid. Maybe Elliot Davis should be called out to investigate before he retires. And then the public housing should be contacted. Apparently it has been said to the tenants that the owner does not want to personally speak with anyone that pays rent. Just collect the money only in so many words.
