This was my first visit to the new facility since you moved off of college. The place is very nice and I really love the drive up service department. You all did a great job repairing our Jeep Cherokee and even washed it nicely before delivering it. I was especially glad that you contacted our warranty people and took care of all of the paperwork, so all I had to do was come back and pick up the Jeep when it was finished. Man was Jesus Medina in service helpful. He listened, he communicated, he provided insight and future recommendations. Best Service Advisor I have had at any Dodge dealer.
The sales department was good, but had and issues with the car when we got it home that day. the next day called to see if they would look at the problem and was told they only cover the power train. Just disappointing Lewis will not stand behind what they sale even when their sales pitch is their vehicles are inspected and verified. The problem ended up being chewed up wires in the windshield motor. A simple fix had they actually done the inspection correctly.
