The doctors are helpful however I had a bad experience with a nurse in the Oybg department. I left a complaint with the helpline and the guy did not know of the doctors offices. He did not seem reassuring. I just hate that false information is being spread to pregnant women who are hormonal. The nurse told me the lab would charge me 20$ extra for my NIPT test and I would have to deliver the test to FedEx myself since Labcorp was no longer used at the facility. DO NOT GO HERE. They don’t provide service and will charge you for it regardless. My mother went here for severe leg pain and they told her to go to another hospital. Then, they proceeded to charge her 1100 with no explanation. When she inquired they said they charged for their service. What service?
My experience with getting my MRI results to check for a tear in my foot because of plantar fascitis has been extremely frustrating and dissatisfying. I had two MRIs for the same problem. My first MRI was on 10/13 and results were received within 24-48 hours. However, because of a technician misunderstanding, the prominent area where my foot pain existed was not subject to the MRI.
