The nurse and physician aren’t helpful ain’t all didn’t properly identify my health concern nor treatment needs! I would not trust them with my body or the community.
Very dirty facilities and the doctors are woefully inept, and we've only gone here multiple times out of necessity. Once, a doctor here told my wife she just had anxiety and to not come back, and they ended up finding a brain tumor soon after. One of my favorite quotes from an ER doctor TODAY: "your issue can't be spinal because you aren't incontinent". Google that one for fun. A nurse conveyed TODAY a head CT had the radiation content of 1000 X-Rays. Just go to a real facility and tough it out and wait for actual help.
Amazing staff
I've visited Ohio Health three times over the years, with my first visit being about eight years ago. After being sent home and told I had a virus, only to need emergency surgery 12 hours later at OSU Main Campus, I swore I'd never return. I've always felt mistreated at the Lewis Center and Westerville locations. During my recent visit, I was treated for back and spine pain with arm numbness and given muscle relaxers, patches, and inflammation medicine. The doctors are helpful however I had a bad experience with a nurse in the Oybg department. I left a complaint with the helpline and the guy did not know of the doctors offices. He did not seem reassuring. I just hate that false information is being spread to pregnant women who are hormonal. The nurse told me the lab would charge me 20$ extra for my NIPT test and I would have to deliver the test to FedEx myself since Labcorp was no longer used at the facility.
