I was there, and the care provided was not on par with what I have received at OhioHealth. I made a complaint about a nurse's aggressive behavior in response to a request. She pointed fingers at me and loudly talked so others would hear her accusations. I filed a complaint and later read the doctor's reactive note, which stated that I was aggressive and angry. Visiting the emergency room is never fun, but the staff made it so much easier. The nurses were incredibly compassionate and attentive, checking in on me constantly to ensure I was comfortable. Dr. Jones took the time to listen to all my concerns and explain every step of my treatment clearly. I felt like a person, not just a number. Thank you for the outstanding care! I visited this location on 04/28/26 for an MRI and the service and experience from start to finish was amazing. The receptionists was very warm and welcoming, the MRI Tech who performed my MRI, was a consummate professional, made me feel calm and welcome and informed me during the entire MRI. If I need additional imaging or care, I will definitely return to this location.
Terrible attitude towards patients.
Quick, caring, quality care. Everyone listened to my history (came in for my 1000th kidney infection), did what I communicated had been effective before, and sent me on my merry way - with the proper tests/treatments of course. Huge shout out to nurse Tammy. She kept us laughing the whole time, gave me an ice pack for my booty after I got a shot, and gave me a coloring book! I’m 22 🩷
