This company is worthless as far as plumbing issues go. The person I spoke to (after finding a number which wasn't a fax line, which seems to be the only thing they list on initial web searches) was very short with me in conversation and quite dismissive. Last thing he said to me was, that's an installation issue, we don't do installations? After that and all the previous run around, I told him they were worthless and I'd call someone else.
