I never had an issue in all of the years I had leased an apartment from them..... except I thought it unfair a bit I got charged for a few bleached spots on an old rug they were in the process of replacing anyways or so it very much seemed at the time. This was over 10 years ago. It wasn't perfect but for a bit of time, it was like home to me.
Many problems.
I lived in a One Bedroom at East Village Apartments in Hampstead for two years, and overall, it was a great place for what I needed. The apartment affordable and was perfect for one person, even a couple. The complex was quiet, which I really appreciated. While they have a lot of rules, they’re not overly strict about enforcing every single one. I’m giving 4 stars because the apartments are pretty outdated, and my rent increased twice during my stay.
