Outstanding team. Kai and Lucas were on time, friendly, and very thorough. It was a large carpet cleaning and vent cleaning job that took a few hours because our carpets, air vents, and dryer vent had not been deep cleaned in a very long time. They even showed me a photo from one of the bedroom vents, and I was shocked by how much lint, dust, pet dander, and debris had built up. This carpet cleaning service is amazing. i've used other carpet cleaners before, and they did not care much about customer service and even left marks on my walls, but clarence is the total opposite. he treats my home like it is his own and is very careful with the carpet, furniture, and surrounding areas.
