I called for an on site estimate last summer to see about getting the overgrown trees in my pond removed. Was put on hold for 25 min, then hung up on. I called back a week later and was given a date but no time for someone to come out and look at it. I called them a few days before to explain that it would be nice if they could tell me what time they'll be there, since I had other things to do that day. Terrible company year round they miss weed wacking, they blow your leaves to the next property line over so it's in your neighbors, salt when it's convenient for them and when they send a crew it's 1 or two people to do an entire apartment complex. Either you don't have the employees, or you really don't care what you put these men through in the conditions the weather is today.
