This family owned company let me make payments when my furnace needed to be repaired with no monthly fees as long as I was consistent and paid them every month!
$125 an hour for someone to waste time and pretend to know what’s going on. Had to make a call every 5 minutes to ask someone else something that they didn’t know and you’re going to charge $225? Nothing was fixed, have fun trying to collect because I’m not paying because someone didn’t do their job properly when You sold and installed this pos heater.
Always been very happy with their service on my furnace.They installed it in1997. I was having a problem with it blowing cold air. The tech guy came out twice and was able to get it temporarily running with the advice saying it needed replacing. I told him to go ahead and do whatever necessary to get the ball rolling. 2 days ago ( 11 degrees that day) the furnace quit completely.
