A great team to work with all around!
Extremely unprofessional service. Charged a premium rate of $125/he for a technician who clearly lacked basic troubleshooting knowledge and had to call external support every five minutes. Paid $225 for an absolute waste of time and the heater is still completely not working as it shoud. Avoid this company if you want the job done right the first time
