Very disappointing experience with Lewis Brass & Copper Company. We were ready to place an order worth around $15,000 and asked for a sample beforehand. They refused unless we paid approximately $400. On top of that, we were told same-day pickup wasn’t available unless we paid significantly more, even though their warehouse is located directly behind the building.
