We were contacted by this firm regarding an alleged medical debt they claimed my wife owed. I requested formal validation of the debt and asked that it be sent to our current address, which was eventually provided. Unfortunately, each interaction with this firm has been adversarial and unproductive. Without a doubt the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Stephanie is heartless. This company should be out of business. We called Southeast about them & the lady told us they receive daily complaints about them. We actually will never use Southeast again because we don't want to have to deal with this company. Stephanie needs to lose her job!!!!!!
