Incredible service! I had an ongoing issue with my BMW 6 series. I had taken to other service stations and had no resolution to the problem. I even took it to Sun Motors where the only fixed the symptoms not actually the problem that led to more issues later on what was very costly at the dealership never got to the issue setting off a host off smaller continuous problems which no one could diagnose.Mike and his team used proper diagnostic tools and equipment to root out a quite difficult electronic problem. Lewis auto is awesome. They are straight up with anything that you're vehicle needs. They are the best in the area at diagnosis and fixing a lot of different vehicles. They have been my go to for many years and will be for long time coming. Both of my daughters cone here also because I trust them to fix everything right.
I've been taking my mercedes to lewis Auto Care for about a year now. I am very pleased with their customer service and work they have done with my vehicle. Takes time to explain car issues and future preventative maintenance. When I have a concern with my car, they make an effort to fit me, that day, to get it looked at. That's something you don't see with mechanics these days! I am a happy customer, and I highly recommend their services. Thanks!
WARNING! LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE!! If I could leave negative stars, I would. I am a resident of Indiana, and while traveling out of state the worst possible thing happened to my truck… the transmission failed. Having few other options I dropped it off at Lewis Auto Care hoping to save money compared to dropping it off at an area dealership. The shop seemingly had good reviews. I made a grave error.
