My pet had an emergency. They claim to offer emergency services. But you have to pay $50 for them to even tell you if you should take the pet in, and the triage isn't through them, so idk how I'd even take my pet in after paying $50 because there is no clear information about the steps or what happens next. I am not paying $50 to not get my kitten help when I can't go to Sioux Falls either way.
Took my dog in this week. She was very sick. They did an exceptional job saving her life! She stayed 2 days. They sent me home with some food and meds to keep her comfortable till she gets better. I can not thank them enough for saving my baby girls life! She means the world to me and they were so kind to me and her! Would definitely recommend them to anyone! Their services also didnt break the bank. I expected to spend a lot more than I did.
Got my rotty knee surgery a few weeks ago. They were very helpful. And always call back to answer questions post op. Just wish they had more parking. Staff is great.
I am very pleased and SO SO greatful to them! They treated my Dog (Bella) with love and care. Answered all my questions. Even when i had to make the choice of letting my Dog go and putting her to rest. They where amazing during the whole proccess.. Thank you DR. Schenk and all the team!
