Lewis and Clark Ford accepted my vehicle in for warranty recall issues on the same day I requested them. Furthermore, they took my F150 in for service at the scheduled time that they provided. They checked the recall items, did a diagnostic on one of them which resulted in a part order for later installation. Service Representative was proficient and friendly, communicated well.

I purchased a new 2025 Ford F150 Lariat from Lewis and Clark Ford. After an extended time being parked in my garage, I experienced a discharged battery. I was able to recharge it to full capacity but then was alerted by audible and visual alarms signifying a need to have the parking brake serviced. Thank you to Charl and Austin for helping me with the purchase of my 2020 Lincoln Aviator. It’s beautiful and I love it.
The past couple of years or so of them working on my car, the service/parts department has been very good to work with. When I have brought one of my vehicles in for service/repair they get it done in a timely manner and don't just put in new parts until the problem is found, they actually identify the issue and fix only what needs to be fixed.
