One of the best knowledgeable doctors I have worked it. Alwin is 100% right when he says weight is a contributing factor to our problems. Went from 230lbs to 175lbs and feel great, with more energy and BP down. Leave your feelings at home and listen to a professional when it comes to health.
This doctor is a godsend. I was 225 plus when I went to see him and he told it to me straight. He is very concerned about his patients. He takes the time to listen to you. I recently switched to Dr. Lewis and I am very pleased. I didn't even realize he was into weight loss. Anyways yes his diet is very tough but it's doable. I've already lost 11 pounds in a single week, I never was pushed into this at all he repeatedly asked me if I was willing to do it I said sure.
