I gave 5 stars only after having contact with Carol Cruz. She is lovely to speak with and admirably professional. Its refreshing to meet someone passionate about the work they do and the families they assist. She made the whole process of ordering supplies stress free and easy. I would definitely recommend Lewin Medical Supply. Thank you Carol for giving me one less thing to have to think about.

I just want to sincerely thank Andrea for all her help at the Coram location. She is extremely friendly and any issues or questions I had she was able to assist with. I get o2 here she was great at explaining the basics and how to properly operate it. No issues with billing here either and it’s affordable for what I need. Thank you guys, I appreciate it!

Horrible costumer service.. called the coram location to inquire for a Cam boot asked her if she could run it through my insurance. Lady on the states do u need it now? Then goes im the only person here and i have costumers, so i cant run it .. the billing person is back on monday.. wish i could give this place a 0 stars based on how they just don't even care or don't care to try to gain business. Better off going to Fairview Pharmacy.
