Kasey was phenomenal and very knowledgeable. He made it easy to understand how to properly put on the ankle brace, taking his time to explain everything clearly. He was also very patient and attentive, really listening to my heel pain symptoms and addressing all of my concerns. I truly appreciated his professionalism and care.
