I’ve been here a couple times years ago to get medical supplies for my grandmother. They have always been so nice and helpful. This morning I had to stop and see if they had a camboot for my 12 year old son who broke his ankle. Casey came right out and helped me, knew what I needed, went over the boot instructions and I was so impressed with how well and quickly he assisted me. Good humans and customer service are so important in today’s world. Thank you Casey and Lewin’s for being awesome! 🤩
We needed to rent an assist lift chair for a hotel visit in Islandia and Lewin was extremely accommodating. Great service. Delivery and pick up of the chair to our hotel was early. Our delivery man was extremely pleasant as well as the office staff.
Service, service, service. In 2026, it is hard to find great customer service. I have varicose veins. I was diagnosed about a year ago. Initially I was given a list of pharmacies that carries compression socks. What a mess. The first place told me no insurance pays for compression socks. I would have to pay up front and MAYBE be reimbursed. Nope. When I said I would look around, the price of the socks got lower and lower the closer and closer I got to the door. Kasey was phenomenal and very knowledgeable. He made it easy to understand how to properly put on the ankle brace, taking his time to explain everything clearly. He was also very patient and attentive, really listening to my heel pain symptoms and addressing all of my concerns. I truly appreciated his professionalism and care.
