Rental of Medical Lift Reclining Chair: Knowing I would not be able to sleep lying flat in my bed without low back spasms, I rented a medical lift recliner for my at home recuperation of a full knee replacement. I have been a Lewin customer for about 5 years now, and my experience with them gets better and better! Carol in the Riverhead office is an absolute delight to work with! We communicate mostly by email now, and she is very responsive, and clearly communicates with me and in a very timely manner. My husband, Stephen needed a special boot for his foot. He had tried one medical supply store close by our home in Patchogue only to be met with terrible service and a lot of inconvenience. We then found Lewin medical supply in Riverhead. It was so very much worth the half hour drive as Carol and Carolyn was so nice, helpful and very accomodating. They made the experience having to do this very easy and seemless and got him exactly what he needed without fail or hassle. Highly recommend!

Lewin medical supply is so accommodating. They help you get appointments quickly so you can be given the support you need And alleviate your pain. The gentleman Casey who measures you and fit you for equipment is so knowledgeable and helps you to understand what the equipment is actually doing to help your body. Blue is the only place I have ever been to for medical supplies and I highly recommend it to anybody who has questions or who needs medical supplies!

I had to order a replacement bag for my rollator. Within 10 days it arrived and I brought in my rollator right away. The pleasant young man installed it and then went on to checking wheels, and braking mechanism. It now works better than ever. Service and kindness the old fashioned way of doing business.
