Lewin saved my vacation. I traveled many hours from NJ for a week’s vacation in Montauk. When I arrived I realized I left my CPAP home. My options, rent one or turn around and go home. Called 2 med supply outlets. Owner and staff at Lewin jumped right on it coordinating with my doctor in NJ to get me a machine with proper settings. Very professional, very good. Still waiting for return call from other med supplier.
My Mom and I went to Lewins specifically to have her measured for compression socks because we were unsure of her exact size. We knew their prices were high, but we were willing to pay the markup for the expertise and convenience of getting a proper fit. After measuring her, the salesperson recommended a size that seemed surprisingly small. Casey was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, thorough and nice. 100% positive experience.
I’ve been here a couple times years ago to get medical supplies for my grandmother. They have always been so nice and helpful. This morning I had to stop and see if they had a camboot for my 12 year old son who broke his ankle. Casey came right out and helped me, knew what I needed, went over the boot instructions and I was so impressed with how well and quickly he assisted me. Good humans and customer service are so important in today’s world. Thank you Casey and Lewin’s for being awesome! 🤩
We needed to rent an assist lift chair for a hotel visit in Islandia and Lewin was extremely accommodating. Great service. Delivery and pick up of the chair to our hotel was early. Our delivery man was extremely pleasant as well as the office staff.
