I thought since this was a mom and pop business I could trust them only to find out that they don't give a snit about customer service. After paying over $1,500 to have my lawn taken care of it is in worse shape than it was before. I have tried to work with these people via e-mail to resolve the issues and this was my last response from them. 6/10/14 Mr. Dunham, Your emails are starting to verge on harassment. Awful Experience -- Beware – Sub-par work and even worse customer service. When issues were initially raised they only came out to address them after I convinced them to over the phone. And when they did come out, they fixed only the most glaring problem and then chose not to do a walk-through with me of the work even after I requested it...then they tried to lie about it and say that I "wasn't available"...guess my wife, kids, and dogs all somehow missed them knocking on our door....not.
