I want to cry my hair is butchered and is NOT what I asked for at all. I paid $95 to walk out with a mess. Never going back. I had grown my hair out as seen in the picture with the purple shirt. I asked for the hair cut shown with the girl in the tube top… and the other three pictures are what I got. I’m devastated.
Amazing salon with amazing people!
I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this shop and owner is. My husband made a mistake the first time we came in and I had to call to see if we could fix the style of color. The manager was so unbelievable kind and helped us with a plan. She even offered to redo for free but we wanted to pay due to our miscommunication. She and our stylist got us in right away and made my daughters dream style come to life. This color is everything. I'm so beyond thankful
I had my pre-existing extensions removed and reinstalled by Gricelda. She also did my highlights. I'm so happy with my hair. Anytime you go to a new stylist, it can be nerve racking. She is truly an artist, and she helped me feel my best once again! I can't wait for my next appointment. You won't be disappointed if you choose Levy's.
