They came install a new pool but they glued everything together and we had to cut everything and buy new pipes so we could drain it down in the winter It is a above ground pool And the wouldn’t give us the parts to fixed it we had to rebuy them Never have them installed a pool
I called Levy Pools this morning to set up an appointment to have someone come help with cleaning my pool. They said we'll we can't get to see you for about 2 to 3 weeks. I said okay let's book the appointment. She went further to say we can't make an appointment. When someone becomes available they will call you. I said ok. The she said why don't you Google how and do it yourself. I was completely floored by that. I then told her its no wonder you have terrible rev
Staff is really nice and helpful. 4 stars only because the parking lot is small and awkward.
Levy Pools completely screwed up my opening. I had booked in for “swim-ready” months ahead of schedule and they never properly logged the request and thought all I was looking for was an opening. They did nothing to make it right and couldn’t squeeze me in for the service I rightfully booked. I will never use their services again. They are a disgrace.
Getting services from them from the past 4+ Years. Very satisfied with pool cleaning products and services.
