Levy Pools completely screwed up my opening. I had booked in for “swim-ready” months ahead of schedule and they never properly logged the request and thought all I was looking for was an opening. They did nothing to make it right and couldn’t squeeze me in for the service I rightfully booked. I will never use their services again. They are a disgrace.
Getting services from them from the past 4+ Years. Very satisfied with pool cleaning products and services.
Don’t ever have a replacement pool liner installed by levy pools They are completely incompetent
These guys installed my pool over Covid, they were super easy to deal with and very transparent. Fast forward a couple of years and the customer service keeps going! They open and close my pool and are there with friendly advice every step of the way!
Loving my new pool Liner and the beautiful Job the guys did taking out the old one and putting in the new one !
