These guys installed my pool over Covid, they were super easy to deal with and very transparent. Fast forward a couple of years and the customer service keeps going! They open and close my pool and are there with friendly advice every step of the way!

Marissa in the office is great to deal with and Daphne and Kennedy are a pleasure to have at our home / 20x40 Lazy L in-ground. I had a very difficult time to get Levy to look at my pool. I understand they are busy, but it took weeks to get them to look at it. When they finally did look at it, they were not able to actually find the leak. They thought they found a crack inside the threading of my skimmer, but the leak still persisted. To “fix” the skimmer, they put water weld inside the threading to the point that I am unable to screw in my winter pool plug more than half a turn thus I am unable to properly winterize my skimmer.
