My husband called Dr. Levy's office at 9:15 a.m. and was placed into queue based on the phone system (number #4). He waited on the phone for 35 minutes and then was told that he was next to speak to a receptionist. After waiting about 1 minute, he received the after hours message and was disconnected. Don’t waste your time here!
If you want to hear a voicemail give them a call! Because you can guarantee they will NEVER answer. I’d recommend going to a walk-in clinic any day over this place, because at least THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER YOUUUU!!! And don’t worry you can’t even leave a message for them to call you back. So if you want to waste your time listening to their voicemail 100+ times trying to get ahold of someone, go ahead! And if you’re really lucky and actually get through, you’ll be greeted by a rude receptionist. Absolutely ridiculous.
