My daughter had an appointment here this morning for a skin tag removal. The first thing the doctor mentions when he walks in the door is my daughter's weight. This was completely uncalled for. I know my daughter is heavy, and she knows she is heavy. And we are working on getting her weight off. That was extremely unprofessional, as we were there about a skin tag, not anything weight related. My daughter left in tears because she was embarassed and ashamed. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very cordial and professional. My daughter has had 3 procedures done by Dr. Levy, and I would readily recommend using his expertise in the future. Any questions were answered, and I feel very confident having him care for my daughter's surgical needs.
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? No, I had to look for a parking spot for a long time Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question
