Worst service i have ever experienced. The office manager Jessica lacks the basic skills of politeness and patient care. The demeanor of how she spoke to us and how she handled a situation of pharmacy changes was awful. She threatened to cancel appointments and threaten to discharge us from being seen in the office. This office lacks organization, lacks communications. They leave the patient out of the loop. I have been a patient of Dr Levy's for many years and unfortunately recently insurance plans changed and I had to leave his practice... I always felt Dr Levy to be a wonderful doctor ,very knowledgeable very kind, and his staff was very competent. I also loved the P.A..'s that he has had .so sorry to be leaving his practice thank you for your care for so many years !
