This is a Doctor who does not have his patience best interest at hand. The staff however is very helpful. I quit him after 6mths which I should have done it sooner. He wants to pass his job off to other Doctors.... shame on him!
I have been a patient of Dr Levy's for years (probably 15 or more). His staff is friendly and professional. Dr Levy has always been accessible, informed of the latest developments and willing to discuss any concerns which I might have. We are lucky to have his office in town.
RUDE STAFF!! I tried to make an appointment to see Dr. Levy, kept me on hold while looked up stuff from 10-15-20 years ago!! And I was NEVER a patient ever in this office!!!! Unbelievable!!! I’ll wait to see Dr. Levy outside again, and let him know how I was treated! Don’t waste your time with this place!!
Levy has a terrible bedside manner. Multiple times now he has interrupted me on the phone when I’m trying to explain my situation and he just tells me to go elsewhere. The ER or urgent care. Not everyone has money for those things and he’s really not nice about it. Attitude all over his voice.
I have been on narcotic pain meds for over 9 years for a herniated disc in my spine, including the last 4 years under Dr. Levys care. He orders a urine test every 6 months and ... get this... because my urine did NOT test positive for this opioid he refused to renew my prescription!! "If it does not show in urine test then you are not taking it." Is he accusing me of selling my pain meds? ...of diverting drugs ?? So I had a couple good days and did not need the vicodin, for this he will not renew my script. He is afraid of w... read more
