Poor communication. Didn't include my realtor in every email. Mailed funds from sale using standard USPS mail with NO tracking. The check took 8 days to arrive. They did not provide closing documents. I had to request digital copies after the fact and was told I had to wait because they had pull them from their storage. It took them a week to email the files.
Friendly staff. Very professional. Levy Title goes the extra mile to ensure transactions go smoothly. Debi is great as a closing agent.
