I went into the Louise branch to create a cashiers check for my rent. I was greeted by Brenna. I gave her my identification, and told her I need a cashiers check for a specified amount and who the check was to be paid to. I also gave her the correct spelling. A few minutes later she gave me the check and I signed for it. I got in my car and noticed she spelled lux wrong even though I literally just got done telling her how to spell it.
