I know my family members were very loyal customers long before the bank became LEVO. But, be cautious, if you have to deal with them for any complex issues, you are not allowed to talk to managers even when you specifically ask multiple times. The front line staff have to relay information that they cannot explain or research. It's unfortunate for the front line staff that they are put in that situation.
