Several bad experiences with Levo.
Terrible website and awful customer service. I was supposed to be set up with online access 4 times. It didn’t work once. Go with Black Hills Federal Credit Union. They are so much better.
This is maybe the worst bank I have ever dealt with! My 77 year old Mother banked there until she died in May. I went in with the death certificate and all required info to close her account that I was already on. It took 15 days for them to finally close the account because she had filed bankruptcy 35 years ago on a CC she had with them when they were Sioux Falls Federal Credit Union and they wanted to make sure they weren't going to keep the $66 she had left after overdraft fees from when she was already dead. They REFUSE ... read more

I really wanted to like this bank and coming from Wells Fargo it shouldn't have been hard but I have never had so many problems with a financial institution in my life. We opened a joint account three years ago and for some reason they put my husband as primary on our joint account despite that I was the person who asked to open an account, I talked to the banker exclusively and I did all of the paperwork.
